Blocked by Clark textiles are handmade by craftsmen in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
The block printing process begins with carving a mirror image design into a wooden printing block. The wooden block is dipped in dye and used to stamp the repeat design onto the soft cotton fabric that is pinned to a long printing table.
The tradition of block printing dates back hundreds of years and has been passed through generations of craftsmen.
The completely handmade printing process means that no two items will ever be identical making each piece absolutely unique.
All original designs printed in limited numbers.
